    After numerous emails and back and forth of their promises for months last year and this year, they finally sent me the below email claiming they are under new mgmt, Of course the email provided does not work, nor does the old one or the phone number. I have all the emails....

    On August 24th 2022, I made an online purchase from this company. I have still not received the item. Contacted the company on several dates requesting status update. I have also requested to cancel the order and be refunded.
