5 starsAmazing company. The fabric is generally cut larger than required by an inch. Wonderful high quality fabric. I know that sometimes it's difficult for the quilting companies to get ordered products in a timely manner for their subscription boxes. But, creative notions make up for the inconveniences in their boxes. Worth the wait. Their boxes are genuinely worth way more than what you pay for it. No overpriced items are counted on their totals. Great company and staff.Review fromShakira B

Awesome company! ****** and her staff are amazing! They will bend over backwards for their customers! Their subscriptions bags are BY FAR the best out there! The staff is always fun and polite and will to help answer any questions at anytime! Even after business hours I have received help from their staff when I had a question! I will always support a small town business when I can and these ladies are the BEST!

Creative Notions subscription boxes are not sent when they say they will and I had two items missing from the only order I received. They took money for 3 boxes and only sent me 1 incomplete box. They take money from your account when they havent fulfilled the previous orders and make excuses for bad service. Their patterns are written poorly and the only image I recieved for their main project had the blocks sewn together wrong. It's very disorganized and I can't recommend doing business with them. They have stolen my money by taking it from my account and not delivered. When asked to cancel and get a refund they only gave me a refund for 1 box. The youtubers recommending them get it for free so they are fine when things are missing and are sent randomly which apparently happens frequently. Had I watched those first I probably wouldn't have done business with them as I'm not okay with paying for items not recieved or letting a company take money from my account for orders when the previous ones haven't been fulfilled.Creative Notions

Dear *********, When you called yesterday we were under the impression that you were satisfied with the service. You have received 1 box that you subscribed to and one that you purchased. We will refund the current box that has not been sent yet which is a week late in shipping. If you were missing items from your box you only need to contact us and we will send them right out. We are a small home based company and do not have automation so mistakes do happen from time to time. We have refunded the money owed to you and closed your account as requested. As far as the patterns being poorly written, I do have much to learn I admit but I also make ******* videos available for anyone to watch and do more with explaining on each episode. The customer called the office yesterday and spoke with my assistant. We satisfied her needs as far as we knew but she wanted to share her displeasure here which makes no sense to us.
