- All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For a full refund, items must be returned within 15 days of purchase and in like-new condition with the original packaging and accessories.
Demo and close-out items are not returnable except for manufacturer defects.
Custom and special-order items are not returnable except for manufacturer defects.
Charges for services provided are non-refundable. This includes installation, delivery and setup charges, shipping fees, and labor charges for services requested by the customer.
All items to be returned that were purchased with a credit card will be charged an additional 3% restocking fee to cover credit card transaction fees.
