On Saturday, March 29, 2025 This company gave a printed paper of available rims for a 2013 Chevy Volt. The printed paper they gave, which I have in my possession gives specific vehicle codes which they had cross referenced on their computer which is compatible for the 2013 Chevy Volt. I had the 4 wheels with rims removed and I purchased all four. Upon taking them immediately to the *** * **** store approx 400 E. and Washington Blvd Ogden, Utah I was immediately informed that these rims are not compatible with the 2013 Chevy Volt AT ALL ! I returned today, April 1, 2025 and spoke with the manager, explaining the error of their store, and requested to have a refund and return these unusable rims. He refused to refund my $214 All along knowing it was their mistake. I plead with him explaining I am elderly and only have Social Security as my income. I cannot afford to loose this enormous amount of money from their mistake. He refused my refund, cut and dried. I informed him I would have no choice but to report this situation. He said angrily, go ahead !

I am a serious towing company. I took Tear a apart to sell a car and the manager unjustifiably accused me of signing the title illegally, saying that all Mexicans used to do that, in front of him I called the previous owner who told me He sold the vehicle to me confirming that he had signed the title in question, I also had a copy of the driver license from the previous owner, when the "manager" saw that the title and signature were legitimate, he retaliated by telling me that “I can’t buy the vehicle today today” That I had to return tomorrow, immediately afterwards he sent another tow truck to continue buying cars. This is not professional, it is putting your prejudices before the responsibility of the company when providing a service, I asked him his name and he told me a false name, another employee told me that the man's name is Alex, "Alex” I’m not sure if it’s a real name, also refused to attend me letting other customers pass in front of me postponing my turn, just for discrimination. waste a day of work and fuel, just because of personal bias from a poorly trained employee. I have videos of the situation and I will sue this company to the BBB.
