      In January I went to Cake Hair Salon to get my hair done. The hairstylist **** was rough washing my hair. I told her that she was rough and that I had a Traumatic Brain Injury.

      She asked me what happened and how I got it. When I told her she laughed.

      I called her out and asked her why she was laughing.

      She was very rude to me and said comments to belittle me each time I went, but always disguised them as innocent when I called her out.

      I do not recommend this place and something needs to be done about her behavior.

      She should not be working with people, has serious issues, and is bad for business.

      The salon owner needs diversity training, better customer service, sensitivity training, and a mental health professional for ****.
