      This is a terrible company. I just recieved notice that I'm being charged $300 cancelation fee. I would not have changed carriers if their equipment worked. 15 years as clients. The house would not arm from the key fob. The new fob armed the house every few minutes on its own. Calls for service has to go to *****. NO followup. I had to call several times to get someone here. Repairs failed. Now they want to change for disconnect. I should be reimbursed by peak from having to buy equipment from someone else that works. $500+.DO NOT BUY FROM PEAK.

      The $300 is not a cancelation fee, it is the balance remaining on the agreement the customer signed however, after speaking with the customer and reviewing his account, Peak ********************** is waving the $300 balance of contract. The customer's account has been closed with no additional charge to the customer.

      I have their service in both **** and *****. Im happy with the company.I must remind you that if you need service its an issue. I called today (Monday) on a small issue. I was told the earliest I could get a serviceman was next Monday. A week is too long to wait for service.***********************

      We apologize for the misunderstanding. We guarantee our customers same day service on all emergency service calls. Our normal service schedule runs two to three days out. Once we were made aware of your situation, we were able to get someone out to service your system the next day. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
