STAY AWAY! ******************* is NOT professional like they claim. After multiple attempts to get what we needed and asked for we were treated poorly and felt like she was in charge not us. Phone calls are never returned and stories change each time we talk.My husband an I sensed disgust from ***** and wondered if didn't like her job or did like us. Never the less we went somewhere else to design our new kitchen. Would not recommend Craftsman Kitchens.

************************* does not have a client under your name. Perhaps it's under your husband's name? Regardless, I would appreciate you calling our office and asking for me so I can review your experience with you. Please note, we do not provide free designs for clients. We have over 40 years of experience in this business and we are very methodical in our process. I can see where that *** not be suitable for some people looking for quick turn around projects. If that's the case, we are sorry and we're glad you found someone to work with you expectations.
