When I found the 2005 Toyota Corolla, I wanted to purchase from this dealership. It was listed on Facebook marketplace. At first Spencer was very helpful. We met up and I checked out the vehicle at their dealership. Everything seemed good and he came down from his original Facebook listing price to a price that we agreed on even though I thought that I should have been able to purchase the vehicle for less than what he wanted for it. When checking out the trunk I saw a A bunch of Water that froze in the trunk me and him assumed from when it was at the Auction yard that water got in the trunk. After purchasing the vehicle and going home, I found the following issues in the next couple of days owning this vehicle.

•When I washed the vehicle, the trunk filled up With water to the point where I had to take out the plug holes to drain it out as well as all the carpet in the trunk got soaked.

    • The trunk didn’t sit right and had a body shop that the business that I work for Fix that as well as had to fix the trunk with seam Sealer and gaskets that the body shop that the dealership uses didn’t do.

    • The trunk had house screws drilled into the rear spoiler as well as house screws were screw, screwed into the rear bumper going into the rear To hold it in for some reason.

    • The rear bumper had some kind of ghetto brackets, made to hold the bumper in the middle of it due to part of the rear subframe not being pulled enough.

•Passenger Taillight has washer holding it to the frame with bolts as well as the taillights don’t sit flush with the frame.

when I reached out to Spencer about these issues, he at first insisted to bring it by and have it fixed But later on blocked me on Facebook That way, I wasn’t able to leave a review on the vehicle that I purchased from him through Facebook. To block somebody on Facebook when they’ve had a negative interaction with a dealership is very childish and unprofessional.
