      My experience with this chiropractor has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their business practices. I had initially paid for a package of 24 DRX-**** table stretching sessions and 24 laser therapy sessions, hoping to find relief for my back issues.As my treatments progressed, I realized that the therapy was not providing the results I had hoped for. I asked the chiropractor Dr. *** if I could get a refund and he said yes but it would a discounted rate since I signed up with a discount. I had 4 DXR sessions and 6 laser sessions left when I decided to inquire about using the remaining visits for acupuncture and massage, which I believed might be more beneficial for my condition.To my surprise, instead of accommodating my request or providing a reasonable solution, I was informed that I would need to pay even more money to access those services. This unexpected and, in my view, unethical financial demand was not what I had agreed to when I initially signed up for the treatments.In light of this experience, I requested a refund for the unused visits, as I no longer had confidence in the effectiveness of their services and was troubled by their business practices. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive a refund.Overall, my experience with this chiropractor has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions.I would like a full refund of the remaining DXR and Laser treatments. I have not received this so that is why I am filing a complaint.
