      This collection agency called me about credit card they said i opened with *******************. I was a victim of identity thief Someone use my information to open credit card on my name with lot of credit card company. i made police report twice which i sent to ******************* but they never get back to me with anything. so this collection agency tried to collect money I'm not responsible. help me to recover this debt from my credit reprt.

      Thank you for forwarding the complaint you received from *********************************. This shall serve as our official response to his complaint. We consider every complaint a serious matter. Our company prides itself on how we interact with consumers and strive for exchanges that are complaint free. Regarding this specific matter,we have conducted a thorough investigation into Mr. ******** claim and would like to provide some additional information.

      In his complaint,****************** indicated that he made police reports twice which he submitted to *******************, and they never got back to him with anything. During our investigation we confirmed that ************************* fraud department did receive the police reports that ****************** sent to them, and they determined based on what he submitted that the account was not fraudulent and that he owes the debt.

      We invite ***************** to contact our office to discuss payment arrangements at ************.

      We are pleased to report that during our investigation, we determined that no state or federal laws were violated by N.A.R. We apologize for any frustration ****************** may have experienced as a result of this account being placed with our office.

      Thank you for your time and efforts regarding this matter. Based on our conclusions, we now consider this to be a closed issue and trust this complaint will be forwarded to the correct department for review.

      I have been making payments to this collection Agency with the last payment being on 1/6/22. Upon making that payment, I was told to call next month (February) to make another payment. I called today, 2/24/2023, and was told b Amad Miller my account was forwarded to a lawyer on 1/26. When asked why if I made a payment in January, I was told Kyle (supervisor) noted in my account that he told me to make a payment of $100 and some extra to keep my account from being sent to attorneys. This conversation never ever happened and I am here to call Kyle a complete liar. As if this was not bad enough, I was told to call Faloni Law Group at ###-###-#### to speak to an attorney and make a payment plan. Once I called Faloni Law Group, I was told by Dante (very disgusting individual who lacks customer service) that they have absolutely no record of me and they can't do anything to help me. So, now, I have to wait for my bank account to be frozen in order to get help because people are incompetent? How is it that people can treat others this way? I am reaching out to BBB in hopes of help because at this point, I do not know what to do.

      Inaccurate reporting. NAR inc is a joke. Customer service there doesn't have a combined chromosome count that equals the sum of a single functional human. Several emails to them, phone calls, and still no fix or solution to them reporting on an account that is closed. Such a joke that a company that like with poor service is allowed to operate. I will sue then for defamation and harassment and harm.

      I keep being contacted by Amanda from NARG looking for a relative. This company has been harassing me for months and I'm not the one who owes them money. I don't care if someone put me down as a contact, I'm not aware of it and therefore should not be harassed multiple times a day on a weekly basis. Amanda has even gone as far as texting me looking for this person. They call from different numbers and disguise who they are. Then I ask them not to call my number I'm not the person that they're looking for but they don't care. My next step is to file harassment charges against this company because it's totally out of hand at this point. I want the calls to stop!

We are not affiliated with NARG. The company called NARG is a different company located at ***************************************************************************

      I contacted this collection agency back in June or July of 2021 and paid the balance of ****** closing out the collection the amount is still showing on a old acct and my credit report as well. I used my Suntrust acct to debit the bill. And I have proof. The man on the phone stated he would sent a letter out showing the account paid and he never sent the letter. I want this acct removed because it showing a negative balance.
