Rootrez was being used as the travel agent for a package deal with the Polar Express at the ************************. I got my tickets for the Polar Express and booked the hotel. I called the hotel and they did not have my reservation. I have reached out to RootRez and they do not respond to my emails. I finally got someone on the phone after about 20 phone calls and she said she was looking into but after 11 days nothing. I sent a follow up email a week and it went unanswered. Now, I do not know if I have a reservation or not. Or if I should make my own. I have no idea if my card will be charged. This company is apparently too small to handle the volume they have taken on.
