    I sent an withdrawal request for a large amount on March 7, 2025. The *** address was copied from my wallet and pasted in the CoinZoom app. No manual keying was involved. CoinZoom "approved" the transaction and then I found out that the address was missing a character at the end. *** addresses are fixed length 42 characters. Then why did CoinZoom approve my withdrawal and didn't warn me saying I have an "incorrect" format or address? If I sent the money to a wrong address (fully formatted) then I would accept that it was my mistake. But the error was on the CoinZoom interface. I simply copied and pasted.I have lost everything, all my savings. CoinZoom definitely has flaws in their approval process. They check if I have any limit, but don't verify if the receiving address is properly formatted or meets the standard.I strongly believe CoinZoom has some responsibility here. I would never recommend anyone dealing with CoinZoom as you may lose everything without even ************ of experience: March 07, 2025

    This is the slowest, most annoying Crypto exchange Ive ever used. Its honestly useless. The apps are buggy as can be, their customer service reps are vague and condescending and it doesnt matter which way you deposit fiatthey all take FOREVER. ACHplan on not being able to move your funds for 30 days. Wire transfers take hours to DAYS to show up in your account and when they do finally show up they are in hold for a week before you can move them to an external wallet. Completely and utterly useless exchange.
