I had a disappointing experience at this clinic and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I found the atmosphere to be more focused on selling products than providing medical care. Additionally, the medical provider I saw seemed to jump to conclusions about my treatment without taking the time to ask clarifying questions to determine the root cause of my issue. However, what really prompted me to leave this review was my experience with their billing department. Despite leaving multiple voicemails over several months, I was unable to reach anyone to help me resolve an issue with my health insurance. When I finally spoke to a representative this morning, I was shocked to hear that they had notes from conversations that I had never had with them, suggesting that my records may have been falsified. Given all of this, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your dermatology needs.

I have reviewed your complaint. I saw that you did see us for some visits from 2019-2021.We as a clinic strive to give our patients the best care and attention they deserve. If you felt that we were trying to sell products, we do apologize for that. I do have notes and confirmation from our billing department that they did speak with you personally on two occasions.Once on March 21 and once again on April 24. Our billing representative ******* asked if you would like to speak with our billing supervisor to help explain the situation but you declined. We did try to return your call in November of 2022 but had to leave a message and never received any correspondence till March.Due to the delay in trying to get in touch with you, your account was past due and thus subject to being sent to collections.We understand that you work full time and were unable to respond to us during business hours, however we made an effort to reach out to you on several occasions.
