    If I could get below a 5 star I would. This service is horrible and the federal government should not subsidize such as pitiful service. I'm sure the typists think it is a big joke, but when I'm miles away from my 95 year old mother and trying to communicate with her it is not funny to me!!!!!

    Highly recommend this caption phone for anyone who is hard of hearing. Extremely easy and simply to set up. To top it off, ****** our rep that helped setting it all up, was outstanding. Her patience and expertise was awesome. ****** is that kind of person who you felt you have known for ever. Thanks *************** will be referring others for sure!

    It was installed on Thursday stopped working on Sunday, called for help man got it working again over phone, worked for one day . Called again we were told it was more then twenty feet from modem so it won't work. We told them we would send it back, person said he would have someone call back, two days later no call. Tech that installed it said while right in living room to call him directly if we wanted him to pick it up, now says we had to call office. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It's a shame cuz mom really liked it

    People could not hear me on the phone, I did what they told me to do. It never helped, it took months for them to try to send someone. I was hollered at over the phone by the lady who hooks up the phones and supposed to fix them. I finally disconnected it put it back in the box and they had ***** pick it up. It was a terrible ordeal! Then they finally sent someone to fix it, but ***** had already picked it up. There was no communication in the company whatsoever.
