      My daughter dropped off her Prom dress on April 29th to have 7 inches removed from the bottom. They promised she would have it back before her Prom on May 11th. She picked it up on May 7th and only 2 inches had been removed. She informed the employee who then told her that there was nothing he could do and that the managers left and there was no one else she could talk to. She asked him if there was any way possible for them to fix their mistake and he said no and then refused to provider her with the managers number. I called the Herriman store where this employee answered the phone. I explained to him that her dress was not hemmed as requested and that we needed to see what we could do to make it right. He informed me that there was nothing and it was basically too bad, they send out the request and they can't get it back in time for her prom in 5 days. I then asked him for a refund since the job was not done correctly and she is not able to wear the dress. He refused and informed me I would have to call back when the manager was working possibly the next day. I asked for the managers name and the number. He refused stating they don't allow them to share the store manager information. I then asked him to validate that he is refusing to provide a refund and refusing to issue a refund and refusing to provide any manager name or information. He was both aggressive and rude. This is no way to conduct business. The service was not adequately provided and then refusing to help and denying access to someone who can is basically theft. I would like a refund and I recommend NO one uses this business. The order was under *****

      CLOSING MY ACCOUNT: Red Hangar is a terrible business to work with. It has been an ongoing issue of them ruining my dress shirts that are valued around $100 each. I bring my shirts to Red Hangar for dry cleaning and pressing. I have received my shirts with damaged/missing buttons on my dress shirts. Some of my shirts have been returned to be wrinkled. I have white dress shirts that have came back with a yellowish brown around the collar area. If Red Hangar knows anything about dry cleaning, they need to replace the pads on the shirt pressers. This is the reason why my dress shirts come back missing/broken. Sarah at the North Ogden is clueless and unhelpful. She hasn’t even attempted to resolve my issues. I am so DONE with Red Hangar and will find a better place to do business. I was a customer for 9 years and I am happy with my decision of leaving them. I spent $300 a month here and will take my clothes and money elsewhere.

      This is a complaint based on deceptive business practices. Their webpage claims to offer reduced prices (with a comparative pricing chart on the website) for being a loyalty program member in addition to offering $25 off for every $250 spent with them. They DO NOT honor the pricing chart regardless of member status. This is deceptive and confusing and in my opinion as dishonorable as it comes.
