Horrible company! If you want a poorly installed, damaged product that does not work, this is your company! They will outright lie and defect everything. Do not make the mistake that we did or as I came to found out in my area allot of other people did! The horror stories are endless! Use another company that is trust worthy and will deliver and undamaged product in a timely manner. We have to now sort this out legally.

Mr ***** thank you for your review. While we respect your opinion, we respectfully disagree with some of your comments. With respect to installing an elevator that does not work, your elevator has now been installed almost one year and has over **** trips logged, and continues to rise each day. That is in line with normal usage for a home elevator, and proves your elevator is operational and being used regularly. With respect to damaged products, I agree there are some scratches in the glass panels, but as we have discussed multiple times, the drywallers had covered the doors and glass in drywall mud and we had to clean all the mud off just to get the doors to operate. And also as discussed, we are unsure of who made the scratches, whether they were there from the factory or caused by the drywallers, and because we couldnt verify where the scratches originated from, we would provide the benefit of the doubt and assume responsibility and polish the glass at our expense under warranty. However, as also discussed, your account must be current with no past due amounts in order to process a warranty claim. So finally, as also discussed many times, settle your past due account and A+ will honor its obligations to warrant your elevator.

consumers you been warned!!! As usual, not an once of ethics or truth here. Update: New contractor came out after after several people got stuck in the elevator. come to find out, they installed the doors wrong, and then instead of fixing it properly, they modified the safety mechanisms on the doors! This is on top of the original scratched doors, failing to open, and defective workmanship. In reference to the payment, as the attorney has instructed you, the contract called for new doors not scratched, damaged, and improperly installed doors. I wish the BBB allowed pictures in the thread. Your consumers would be horrified! Consumers beware!
