    Ordered 3 separate gifts to be sent for Christmas to my moms nursing facility on 12/17/23 and 12/18/23. All three due before 12/23/23. I paid extra for that of course. Two arrived but the third one didnt show as shipped. I called on 12/21/23 for the undelivered package and also tried to use customer support. Customer support is just sending an email that didnt get answered for days. And really wasnt answered even though I gave exact order number. Calling did little also. I was assured they would ship it out overnight and the tracking would come later that day. Nothing happened obviously or I wouldnt be writing this review. I then called on 12/22/23 and same story. Nothing occurred. This went on repeat everyday until 1/3/24. When I was yet again told it would ship overnight that day I cancelled the order requested a refund. I still needed gift so I ordered something from somewhere else for the missing recipient. Today I received the new package AND the one that is now over 2 weeks late. So Ive paid double for this particular gift. Very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again. I understand that they probably were slammed because of the holiday season and that they also had a new computer system. But after the second or third day of it, being the same story of we will ship it out overnight and then nothing happening. You would think that they would have made an effort to guarantee that it would come, as I was being told. Or to offer me some sort of refund, money back for the extra shipping that I had paid or something. But the customer service failed to even see a problem with it.

    NO STARS: I will only recommend Mrs. Fields online ordering to those that enjoy misery, stress, and disappointment. How tragic that a reputable and trusted brand name like yours, Mrs. Fields, is now just a facade for a poorly run online business intent on draining the joy out of gift giving during the holiday season. I placed an online order (******) on 11/24/2023 for (3) Merry Christmas ornament tins with a selected delivery date within 1-2 days of 12/15/2023. I received no communication until I called customer service on 12/14/2023. I received a package on the evening of 12/15/2023. However, there was only one tin! Despite it being the holiday season, customer service could not be bothered until Monday! I called and spoke with Jasmine. She told me the remaining 2 tins shipped UPS next day service. Later that day I get an email that the tin design I originally selected is unavailable. I call customer service again and speak with Christina. She selects an alternate tin design and sends me the following email: “I shipped quantity 2 items of ********** Holiday Cardinal Medium Tin for Lisa (address info removed) UPS Next Day. I will send tracking information when becomes available. Have a great day.” No further communication and no order is received. I made a third call on Wednesday 12/20/2023. I speak withJasmine and am pleasantly informed nothing shipped! I ask for a refund. Jasmine sends me this: “We were able to refund 80.97 for both items that didn’t arrive we are sorry for any inconvenience you can expect to receive in 7-10 business days.” The lies, the laziness, and the sheer incompetence reflected in your online business practices are beyond imagination. How Mrs. Fields manages to stay afloat is baffling. I will never recommend Mrs. Fields; I will never buy another Mrs. Fields item; I will always share this nightmare experience with anyone that asks. Thank you stellar employees at Mrs. Fails, er Fields, for turning special occasions into ruins!

    We ordered a time sensitive gift from Mrs ********************** and when it didnt arrive a day late from when it was scheduled I contacted Mrs **********************. They said they had a new computer system and there was a glitch and it had t even shipped yet. They asked if I would like for them to credit my credit card, and I said yes. They said it would occur within 7 to 10 days. Needless to say it didnt occur but I just received an email that my order was delivered. I have tried to contact them with no success. Ill never order from them again & suggest you might want to look at a different company.

    I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to a friend in ********. They mailed the gift to me. I wrote to their customer service **** about their mistake and their reply is that since the cookies have been delivered, there is nothing more they can do.I am so disappointed with Mrs. ********************** business. I will never use their busy again.
