    I placed an order for a wig in May 2023. They cashed the deposit (check) for $400 on May 31,2023. I called to ask them when to expect delivery and I left several messages and emails. No one has called me back it’s like they closed up shop and took my $400 deposit. I dealt with this company for several years and never had a problem.

    I have been dealing with HairWare USA for over 25 yers. We have never had a problem with their service or products. Normally, custom orders take between 2-4 months to complete. Ever since COVID, this time has been stretched to between 12-24 months. Which is understandable. Now we are in the 3rd quarter of 2023. Other suppliers that are supplying the same product, are delivering in 2-3 months, like it was before. I have orders that were placed in January of 2023, and we still do not even have an ETA. Something is not right. If they are not dealing with the factory any longer, please give us direct access to them or return our custom ordering tools, so that we can order from another company. What is going to happen to the 20-30 orders that I have placed with HairWare USA? Will I ever receive them?
