      Account Name: LTI
      Date Opened: 06/01/2018

I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding serious inaccuracies on my credit report. After a thorough review, I discovered multiple fraudulent accounts that do not belong to me. I am the victim of identity theft, and these errors are causing severe harm to my creditworthiness and financial stability.

I have taken the necessary steps by filing a formal identity theft report with IdentityTheft.gov. However, despite these efforts, the following fraudulent accounts remain on my credit report and must be removed immediately:
      LTI

      Opened Date: 6/1/2018
      Account Number: ******
These accounts were fraudulently opened without my authorization, and their presence on my credit report is a direct result of the identity theft I’ve suffered. I am demanding the immediate removal of these accounts from my credit report. The continued reporting of these accounts is in clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically Section 605B, which mandates the removal of fraudulent information when proper documentation is provided.
