      These guys are awful. My warranty company sent them after discarding the first tech to fix my toilet. They were non communicative. The first time they came they didn't even wear booties until I asked them because I didn't want them tromping around my floors. I sat around waiting for them to show up on the day they said they'd come to fix it and I finally reached out to them and he said, well the part didn't show up. So you weren't going to tell me that? They finally came later in the week. A few weeks later, I went in to clean the bathroom. It's the upstairs guest bathroom so nobody really uses it. One guest used it since he had finished fixing it. When I went to go clean it, I flushed the toilet and it was like a waterfall gushed out. It was worse than before he fixed it. He came back out and accused me of breaking a piece and unscrewing the toilet from the wall. Really? Why would I do that? I wouldn't even know HOW to do that. He put in a claim for a new toilet that was denied. My question is why didn't he catch the broken piece the first time? This company is sketchy at best. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
