    My first visit was very pleasant. Staff was friendly, the facility was clean and all seemed well.My next visit however, was very different. Reservation was from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. we arrived just before 3:00 and it took about 5-6 minutes to complete our check-in and pay for our rental, get out towels etc. At 3:50 the lady from the counter was already pounding on our door telling us that our time was up. After about 4 more minutes she returned to the door and again began pounding on it letting us know that our time was up. We hurried and grabbed our belongings and put on our shoes and when we exited the room she was standing there with two other guests waiting with towels. You really shouldn't advertise your time frames if you're going to overbook and literally have people standing outside the private room door like it was a Black Friday sale. Extremely unprofessional not to mention awkward for both parties.
