      On January 26th 2022, we put a down payment on $22,965.06. It was then about 2 months later the wood arrived as it was back ordered. We agreed on a sample stain and they started getting our wood ready. It was then delivered to our house in the wrong color and differed from what we agreed upon. We went to Wood Floor Warehouse and we met with Randy the owner and he assured us that we needed to install and then he would send someone out and stain it to get it the color it was suppose to be. We pain an installed roughly $8,000 and bought glue of about $1,000. We have bet begging, pleading with Randy to get someone to come out to stain the floors like he had committed. I have texts, voice recordings and emails requesting help so that we can move back into our home. I have now found another company that can stain the floors to get them to the color we had agreed up on. They are asking for $2,300 and Randy has refused to send someone and thus I am out this money. I am requesting that I am reimbursed for this cost considering Randy the owner said he would complete this.
