    After prepayment of $2,575.06, for parts and labor of x3 appliance repairs, an entire month ago, Mr. ********************** of SLC, was a "No Show" on 3 scheduled appointments! Aside from setting aside my business day 3 times, re-scheduling another technician for a separate job in my home, as well as the cost of placing my x2 dogs in "Dog Daycare", x3 times (for ease of the Mr. ********************** Service Technician), I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the lack of professionalism, courtesy and overall business sense of this entire fiasco. ****, the business manager refused to provide me with the owners name, nor escalate the matter. It was not until I contacted the corporate headquarters for Mr. **********************, that I was given the owners name, of ***** ****. I await a call back from Corporate and I have filed the astronomical charges as Fraud, with my ***********

    I knew the problem with my dryer (a fuse that costs less than a hamburger) but I couldn't get the cover off and was in a hurry to get it fixed. They told me it'd be $129 for the service call which would go toward any repairs. Cool, $150 tops to replace a fuse, right? WRONG. $300 for 5 minutes of time. Scammy.

    Over estimating repair to increase repair cost and labor value: Technicians Estimate included items that did not need to be replaced. Estimated glass repair for oven door. Estimated $960 to replace glass and inner metal liner of door. Inner liner did not need to be replaced. Then stated that parts on backorder so could not repair for 6 months. I called ******** and ordered glass assembly for $84 and repaired myself in 29 days and oven works just fine. I will never use this business again.
