    I hired this company to move my property from a storage unit and an apartment. I had an item in my storage unit go missing. I searched my house, it is not there. But it was it the storage unit prior to the move. I tried working with the company, they ****** my calls for two weeks until I posted a review on ******, they called me the next business day and stated my review was unfair, but it was the truth. They asked if we can reach an agreement if I was willing to take it down, I agreed. They offered me $250.00 which I would still take a loss on the item, but it's better then nothing, so I agreed to their terms and before I could sign they backed out of the deal and threaten legal action over my review. Although I was clear it was my perspective, I was still forced to edit my review to remove any blame on them to prevent legal action. I'm not asking to recoup some of my cost for an item that went missing in their care, they say they have tapes but won't let me see them. This is not good business practice to let something go missing and when I ask for help they threaten legal action against me.

    With regard to the missing item, we fully understand how concerning and frustrating this situation must be. Upon receiving your report, we conducted a comprehensive internal review, including a detailed examination of our records and available surveillance footage. Based on this thorough review, we found no evidence of mishandling or theft by any of our employees.


    It is important to clarify that any accusations of theft must be addressed through the appropriate legal channels. If you believe theft has occurred, we encourage you to file a police report so the matter can be investigated thoroughly. Please rest assured that we will fully cooperate with law enforcement to resolve the matter appropriately.


    We would also like to note that this move involved deliveries to two separate residences. In our experience, customers who initially believe an item is missing often locate it during the unpacking process. We kindly recommend completing the unpacking process and thoroughly checking all boxes and delivery areas, as items can sometimes be overlooked during a move.


    Additionally, we do not have ******* **** listed on the moving service contract. As such, we are unable to share any contracts or attachments due to privacy policies and confidentiality obligations.
    While we are unable to offer compensation for circumstances where no evidence of negligence or mishandling has been found, we remain committed to assisting you in any way we can.
