      Unusual training set up where they want you to "learn at your own pace" but then, they hold you back by pointing out your mistakes one by one and one at a time; demonstrating very poor attention to detail. It is time consuming, frustrating and not productive.They do not have a cafeteria where you can pay for your food; instead you sign a sheet, write down what you took and when you took and they subtract from your paycheck the price of your food plus state and, I am guessing, federal taxes because there were two charged taxes. So if you spent $13 dollars, you end it up with a $21 dollar charge to your paycheck. Same applies to their employee discount products. You think you are getting a deal because you get an allowance but then you pay an absurd amount of taxes.Another thing is their "giving back to the community." If you do not give a monthly contribution discounted from your paycheck to their program; you will have to fill bags of food for them once a month.
