I purchased the MUNA 7in Silk Chiffon record from them online, and it was a preorder on August 16th 2023. It was $11.99, and then with fees and shipping, my total came to $19.14. The estimated release was for September 2023, and then pushed back to October 2023. In November, I reached out for an update, and I got no reply. I sent them an email in December, and still got no reply. I checked their social media accounts, and found that I wasn’t alone, and a lot of people have also been ignored and haven’t gotten their orders. I still haven’t heard from them, and I still don’t have my record.Initial Complaint

I placed this order on July 5th, 2023. At the time I was attending school out of town, so I got the order shipped to my parents’ home. I very recently got back home and finally got to open the record, and found out that I received the wrong one. I ordered Speak Now (2010) by Taylor Swift and received About U by Muna.
I contacted the company that night (February 1, 2024), and was very apologetic with asking if there was any way I could still get the Speak Now record and send the one I received back to them. I never got a response back, so I tried to look up the company’s phone number to call them.
Upon trying very hard to find their website or any contact info, I find out that they have actually stopped responding to any and all customers and that there were many people’s orders that were left unfulfilled.
The company’s instagram is still up, but there has not been a post since June 19, 2023. Almost all of the comments on that post are in some way talking about their unfulfilled orders or lack of communication from the company.
All I would like is a refund and somewhere to send the record back to. I do very much enjoy Muna, but that is not what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from a company called "BLACK SHEEP Record Company" on November 30th 2023. The payment method i used was through Shop Pay Affirm, and I recently completed my payment within about 3 months and i still have yet to receive the item I bought. After I purchased the item, I found out about how this "BLACK SHEEP Record Company" has scammed other buyers previously, and now I'm afraid I may be scammed as well. I tried to contact them through email, but apparently their email is unavailable. My second and only option that I tried was to contact them through their website and file a report on a missing item and I'm not even sure if my report went through or if they'll ever contact me back about it.Initial Complaint

There was a pre-order on this order so I had assumed that these would be shipped after release of Rina Sawayama gold vinyl. After no update on the tracking on USPS
***************************** since then. I attempted to reach out Dec 14, 2023, 12:01?PM. The followed up Dec 22, 2023, 9:42?AM (13 days ago), with another follow up on Dec 30, 2023, 11:25?AM (5 days ago).

I ordered a record in July. When it arrived, only one disc was in the gatefold. Manufacturing error. I emailed the company and they told me to send the product back to the manufacturer and they’d send me a replacement. It’s been three months and they have not sent anything and they’ve ghosted me completely. This is a record store. I ordered July 30th with the album coming out on November 17th. After November 17th, I reached out to them via email and have not received any replies. I emailed 3 times. They have not fulfilled my order and multiple other people’s ordered and have been receiving complaints because of this on their social media. I asked them for communication and have not received a reply. They took their website down and stole my money along with many other peoples. Vinyl record was purchased from Black Sheep Record Company for $53.49 on 7/5/23. Item arrived on 7/15/23. Upon opening and playing the record, a scratch that was visible on side B of disc 1 that appeared to be causing a "consistent popping noise," as was noted in an email to the business on 7/24/23. Please note that this is WITHIN their policy window which states, "Requests must submitted with photos/videos of any damage or defect within 10 days of the delivery date provided by the carrier." The email with this complaint contained a video of the audio defect and a photo of the scratch. Additionally, this fits within their policy that the following items are eligible for refund: "Your record arrived with manufacturing defects.* This doesn't happen often, but a rare error at the pressing plants isn't unheard of. -- Your record was subject to damage that affects playback. We use reinforced mailers to prevent this, so if it does please contact us ASAP!" The business was sent a follow up email on 7/31/23 because they did not respond. The business responded on 8/8/23 with troubleshooting tips and stated that if the tips did not work they would work out a replacement for me. On 8/14/23, the business was sent an email indicating that the troubleshooting did not work and that further assistance was needed. The business has not responded to this email or follow up communications that occurred on 9/19/23 and 10/22/23. The record was shipped back with all pertinent information for a refund on 10/22/23. The item was delivered on 10/27/23. A refund has not been issues and no communication has been made. All supportive documentation is attached. I am astonished at the disrespectful and dishonorable practices of this business. I just want my money back.
