      My 2020 Subaru Crosstrek had the check engine light and thermostat light come on in early June. The car had about 100k miles on it and had been in proper working order prior to the light coming on. I took the car to Nate Wade Subaru to have it checked out. They reported back that the head gasket needed to be replaced and it would be 3100 dollars. While fixing the head gasket they caused a problem and it was leaking transmission fluid. They fixed the issue and I picked up the car on June 24th and they stated we owed 4100 dollars. I was told it would 3100 dollars to fix. They were able to drop the price but only to 3702.13. I had the car back for 4 days when it started having issues again. It wasn't accelerating well in lower gears. I took the car back to Nate Wade Subaru on July 1. They reported it was a pressure control solenoid E stuck off. The part was on back order. I finally got the car back on August 7th and spent another 1930.48. 3 days later on August 10 lights came on while driving, car stalled and would work on the freeway. August 12 Nate Wade had it towed from our residence because it was unsafe to drive. They reported it now needed a new transmission at 8900 dollars. I fought this since I had only had the car for about a week since June and nothing was wrong with the transmission. They refunded the 1930.48 from the previous fix back to the price of the transmission. Subaru cares helped take the cost down but I was still left with 4261.98 to fix a transmission that had no issues prior. Darius Allen was the originally who I talked with but he was 'let go" during this. I want a refund from Nate Wade for the transmission.
