      Subject: Formal Complaint Against Wheeler Machinery
      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Wheeler Machinery, with particular concern regarding your accounting practices and corporate business operations. Our company has invested hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars with Wheeler Machinery, and the level of service we have received has been wholly unprofessional. While we have been working with your salesman, Beau, the issues we face extend far beyond individual interactions. Our last communication to settle our account was last Friday at 4 PM, and we have yet to receive any response. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. We have encountered significant billing discrepancies, including charges for equipment that we returned and overcharges on invoices. Most troubling is the billing for machinery that was on demo, which was never rectified. This raises serious questions about your accounting practices and the integrity of your corporate operations. It is clear that Wheeler Machinery is struggling with internal processes that undermine customer trust. Developers and potential clients should be aware of these systemic issues before engaging with your company. Our attempts to resolve outstanding balances have been met with minimal cooperation, further complicating our business relationship. I urge you to address these concerns promptly. If we do not see immediate action, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I am willing to settle the account but need Wheelers honesty, integrity and cooperation to do so,
