      I contacted their customer service 6 times throughout the year and was told by "Zoe" that the company was experiencing issues beyond their control with supply chain challenges. She only replied twice to my queries then fell silent. I was never refunded.

      Several attempts to resolve with company via email:

      Two of the three censor lights are not working. Sent a video, per company's request and told 'my supervisor is reviewing it.' Last contact was months ago. Several consumer complaints have ensued, in addition to this one.

      I purchased 10 table lamps plus lifetime coverage from this business on 2/22/23 the online shop stated that my items would arrive 7-12 days. They sent me a confirmation for my purchase and an email stating the item was ready to ship only after I inquired about my delivery 3 weeks after the initial purchase. I emailed them several times to see where my items are and they have not responded. I've visited their instagram page to call them and the phone is disconnected and their website is no longer up.
      It looks like I'm not the only person with this experience with this company.

      I purchased a foldable accordion lamp from WoodVenture on March 22, 2023. I purchased this lamp for $53.50. After purchasing the lamp, I received a confirmation email and an order number - WV#*****. After not receiving any delivery updates, I sent an email on 4/2 and 4/12 asking for an update to my order, and have received no response. When I tried to call the number on their website, there was no connection as it wasn't a valid number. And just now, when I tried to send a link to the product I purchased, the website isn't up anymore.

      I would like the product to be delivered, or my money back. When looking deeper online, I saw many other reviews expressing similar experiences with this company.

      •The business committed to provide me with two smart LED torches
      • I have been in communication with them because when I try to track my order, it’s not found. They are saying they were shut down, and they have logistic issues.They are working to correct the issue. But they never once asked for my order confirmation number. I’ve contacted them several times by email almost every month. When I request to cancel my order and get a full refund, they simply do not reply back. It’s been almost half a year and I have no items that I paid for.

      I placed an order with this company and have not received it over two months later. I have tried to reach out to the company and have not gotten a response in weeks. I have seen many other people have the same issue and have not received their orders placed before mine.
