    Bought a lantern in Dec 2023 and it came without the charging cord. *** repeatedly called and emailed them asking them to send it to me. I never got any response back from themthe two times they finally answered the call it was a ************ spoke with but she was not helpful at all. Said she would send one but never did. All in all, I have emailed them 11 times and called them 8 times. I dont want my money back, I want the charging cord!

    Date of transaction was November 11, 2022 10:13PM, received items but the quality wasn’t same as what they charged. Purchased amount was $159.47 USD, When requested for return, seller provided shipping label and indicated that there will be $15 charge for the label. But seller only refunded $89. So, emailed them for explanation but several email attempts were ignored and tried to call the office but message direct you to only support through them is emails. There is no solution or explanation. It’s bad service and misleading customers as they advertised and pride themselves as 100% customer satisfaction. I’m very disappointed in there product and their shady return service.
