    We came to the store and ordered a bride's bouquet a few weeks before the wedding. We came to pick it up as planned at 10am on August 9th. The florist told my teenage daughter that for several reasons she didn't get around to making it. We needed the bouquet at 1030am that day. She quickly threw something together and charged her $182. What we received wasn't anything close to what we had ordered. People were asking me why the bridesmaid's bouquets were bigger and better than the bride's bouquet. I spoke to someone that day who kindly understood how disappointed we were. I told them that I was so sad and couldn't understand how outnof all the vendors Cactus and Tropicals would let me down because I had always been so happy with their work. All the other vendors came through that day except Cactus and tropicals. She offered me a refund. She also said she would call me back but never did.I called a few days later and talked to ******* who also was kind a d professional. She tried to process a refund. Unfortunately for some reason it wouldn't go through and she said she would call me back, but she never did.Because I never heard back from *******, I called on Sat Aug 17th and spoke to ****. After updating her, she did not address the issue, which at this point was the refund, she went back to the ****** saying it was adequate and that this whole situation is "getting weird." At this point I've been offered a refund by 2 people and we are way past even negotiating the situation. She got very offended and said that I had called and yelled at her florist. As I mentioned before I talked to a florist on Aug 9th and had a very productive conversation as she listened to me and our situation. I was top sad and disappointed to tell. I thought she and ******* were very kind and professional. **** was so rude to me and she hung up on me. When I tried to call back the male employee said **** was too busy to talk to me and hung up on me after I told him I would hold.

    We offered her a refund for the bouquet, no problem. The issue arose when she only wanted her refund on a different credit card from the one she used to make the purchase. 

    It is against credit card security regulations to put a refund on a different credit card so the team was struggling with how to get her the refund.

    I offered to send her a check and she said she was happy with that.

    I apologized to her for that miscommunication.
