    Had our sewer back up into our bathtub and called this company to come out and clear our drains. The first plumber who came out smelled of alcohol and was unable to fix the issue. They still charged ** $628.32 for the same thing to happen the next day. They then sent out another plumber who found out that our sewer line pipe had collapsed in on itself. They quoted ** $6,925.00 for this repair and required half down. We paid this and then looked into other options and found multiple quotes less than this cost and ended up going with someone who was half the cost for the same repair. When we called All Hours to tell them we needed a refund on the deposit as we found a better option, they lied and said they already ordered parts and tried to charge ** for pulling a permit which we found out is refundable and or transferable to another contractor. This company is unreliable, liars and crooks. Do not use this company in the future.

    Had a main water line leaking into my basement and called them, they came over quick, have a fair estimate and was back first thing in the morning to do a major repair of the main water line in the house and outside of the house. Very communicative and quick in response and commitments.
