      I'm truly looking forward to the day that I'm no longer renting from Cowboy Properties and I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into any of their townhomes or apartment complexes. Last year my boyfriend was out walking our dog when he was attacked by another dog who's owner lives on the property. He was bit over 3 times and my dog was also bit as well. When we informed the front office about this attack the first thing that came out of the front desk worker's mouth was "Oh yeah we've been having problems with them." Fast forward to today we now have over $1,000 in vet and medical bills, have lost time at work, and have had to deal with a great amount of pain and suffering.Cowboy properties have done nothing to ease our pain and suffering, and have left us to foot the bill. It was common knowledge at this residency that this dog was aggressive. Their management CLEARLY knew this dog had aggressive tendencies and they did nothing to prevent an attack from occurring. This is how Cowboy Properties treats its residents, and this is why I will no longer rent from them or recommend anyone else to rent from them. On top of that, they're constantly closing down the pool, and they have an insane decorations rule where you can't have any decorations in your windows, on your front porch, on your garage, anything. I'm paying $2000 a month and I can't even have a little Halloween decorations on my front porch. Absolutely ridiculous.They also have inspections where they will go through your house and open up your closet doors, under your sinks, you name it. It feels like a violation of privacy and seems like overkill. I highly recommend not renting from this company they do not care about your safety, time, or happiness. I wish I could upload pictures of the attack here but they can be seen on their ****** reviews.

      Cowboy properties is a horrible company. If you're low income, your apartment doesn't matter. You don't matter. Just pay your portion of the rent and leave us alone until your next rent is due.

      Upon move-in, the apartment was filthy! I refused to move in until the place was cleaned. After 2 years, I tried moving to another Cowboy Property, but the "renewal" of this lease took four months. In the meantime, I did pay a security deposit of $299 & processing fee of $45 to get on the other apartments waiting list. It's been a total nightmare! The manager said I'd have to first live in a studio & get on another waiting list for a one bedroom! Where am I supposed to store my belongings? The managers are unorganized & according to the corporate office, making decisions that are not in compliance with their own corporate office. In the end, I was told that I made too much money! Cowboy Properties owe many apartments along the Wasatch Front. It seems they'd be more conscientious of their tenents needs.

We do have strict rules that we are required to follow to determine eligibility for the income-restricted housing program.       HORRIBLE!!! They do NOT CARE about their Tenants, Drains have been clogged for 2 months and no one has come out to fix them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, They renewed contract for a year with no NOTICE, had to go get that fixed. ***** doesn't work since I moved in and its been 6 months. Cannot dry clothes. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. They absolutely dont care at all. Extremely Un Satisfied
