    I own a condo in a community that pays PMS and they are the worst. They take forever to fix issues in the community, even MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES. I have emailed to ask questions or receive help and often get ignored, even when I was on the board. I have called in for help with a payment issue and the girl at the front desk argued with me about the question I called with. During an annual meeting nearly all of Pattys accounting numbers were wrong in her spreadsheets, makes me nervous they are managing the money we pay monthly. I would not recommend them to help run any community.

    Absolutely terrible. They take forever to address maintenance issues and often I have to put in multiple requests. They will not do basic home owner upkeep and instead claim the "owners don't have the funds" for things. Which is funny considering how much I pay them every single month. Use to be maintenance techs would come out and fix small things when needed and there was never a charge but now they try to charge for everything, and absurd amounts. My garbage disposal wasn't working recently and it turns out I just couldn't fully rotate the tool to reset it and the tech came and turned a wrench and they charged me $70 and claimed there was "food jammed." Pretty sure they use the same explanation for all tenants with garbage disposal issues to offset costs onto them regardless of whether or not it's accurate. Do not rent for them. You will regret it and be nickel and dimed and given the run around constantly.
