  I have been trying since June 24 2024 to get a remedy from this property management company . It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them . A property they manage had a major sewage leak that was coming into a home I own . I found the problem on the day I was leaving on tour and immediately I informed them about the issue on June 24th . I called them and ********************** assured me he would take care of it . But just a week later he was so nonchalant and said a work order still had not been done , it took them over two weeks to attempt a repair . He knew I was out of the country and he knew I could not be able seek normal remedy of calling the water department and having them come and inspect and shut his water off . I just wonder if thats why he did the repair literally my first day back the very day I called L&I and the water department. Due to his negligence my finished basement flooded with sewage water and they still have not offered a remedy. I have called repeatedly in the past week asking about what he was going to do to reimburse me .The tenant has young children and they were forced to live in a house with sewage in the basement for more than two weeks . I wonder if *** would have his family living in such conditions or would he get the repair guy out to his home day 1 ?? *************** refuses to give his insurance information and never offered any remedy to clean and disinfect my home or reimburse me for my expenses to clean and damages to my belongings. I finally got a call back by ******************* but he refuses to pay for the damage to my home and belongings. I will make a claim with my insurance ,they will have to pay for ********************** Advisors, LLC damages caused by their bad business practices.

  Unethical property management company that will nickel and dime you and only fix maintenance issues if you threaten legal action. I had to wait seven months to get a broken air conditioner evaluated by HVAC. Renting from them is not worth the cost.

  We live at Arches South Apartments in Salt Lake which is managed by Rema LLC. We had previously rented a different apartment here with the previous property management before we moved away, when we moved back we were with Rema. Here is our experience since moving back:We were given a move in date of April 1st, and our apartment was being newly renovated. When we arrived on our move in date, we had to wait 6 hours for someone to come and unlock as they had forgotten to do so. When we walked in, the renovations were not complete, and nothing had been cleaned as well (paint, debris, cans, and more all over the apartment). We were told that they would try to get a cleaner out, and that they would get someone to finish the renovations ASAP.We cleaned the apartment ourselves, and then walked around and documented all damage and other things that simply weren't finished. We submitted over 12 maintenance items in the first week, 1 of which was an active leak in our BEDROOM. Over the next 2 months, not a single maintenance request was completed including the leak, and we had a corner of the bedroom with mold and soggy carpet the whole time. After I put up a fuss they finally had someone fix the leak, but the other maintenance requests were still left undone, and in the 7 months since they have gotten around to maybe 3 or 4 of them.The shared laundry room floods frequently. Our apartment is below 65 degrees during the summer due to the air conditioning being on full blast (we don't get to control it), and is currently under 65 degrees in the winter despite our gas bill being over $180 last month. This is all documented and has been communicated to them but they seem to not care and rarely respond.I've rented from 7 different property managers and landlords, and this has been the only one I have had an overwhelmingly negative experience with. Avoid this company at all costs.
