    Scam. Not even worth 1 star. So apparently, they work with Apartment complexes for renters insurance. We for example have ************************ we have 6+ years, but what this company does, they "auto enroll" you into their insurance program, so you don't even know about it, you don't know when you were enrolled, the month the year, NOTHING, then when you don't send them your documents at your "auto renew" date they charge you fees... all of which you know NOTHING about. Once I discovered all of this, about 3 years back, I've reached out via email probably **** times, and NEVER receive a response. So even if you send them a copy of your insurance policy, they DONT REPLY, then keep charging you.. and guess what? THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. This company is an absolute SCAM. I'm still waiting on my refunds. SCAM.

    Hi *****,Thanks for your review. We have a legal binding lease addendum with you and your apartment community that you sign every year with your renewal. Have you read through this document? It gives you all of our information and how to opt out. This is also noted on your renewal offer in the footer text, to remind you to contact our team and upload your personal renters policy yearly to opt out of our program. I reviewed our email communication and found that we have in fact emailed with you for several years, and we've informed you to submit your policy for opt out. I'm sorry that you are upset for being charged, but our information and purpose is laid out in many places. We are not here to "scam" any resident, our program simply covers the entire community should there be any fire or water damage, this would result in you not paying out of pocket for any damages, for low monthly cost. Most apartment communities require some form of insurance, and our program ensure that the community is covered, if you have insurance or not. As of my response to this BBB review, we are still awaiting your insurance policy to opt you from our program. Can you please provide this as soon as possible?
