      This companty is a scam. I uknowingly took over a contract with them when I bought a new house. I didn't notice I was still being billed until a year later, that's on me, but when I tried to get them to stop billing - they refused. They are still billing me years after I left the house and refuse to stop. I've had to put a stop payment on my checking account at this point -- but they still continue to send ******** NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      They are the worst company EVER. I canceled my contract yet they still kept billing me even after I fulfilled their requirement to cancel. Run away from them.

      Please, if anyone knows how to stop my devices from chirping after all batteries have been replaced, and the main box from honking, I need your help. The tech support is mean and he hangs up on me when he doesnt make any sense, Im pretty sure its the owner. Hes so awful. Im in tears at this point, my son doesnt even want to be at home.

      If I could give "no stars" I would. My 12 month contract was up last year. I called to cancel was told I have to wait until the contract was completed. The contract ended and automatically renewed because I did not cancel 30 days prior to to the completion date. So, essentially paying for a service I do not use. (Read the fine print and go with a different company that is BBB accredited)

      Our system has couple problems that ** hasn't bothered to fix.for past two months.

      We have offered to come and fix the problem with cameras caused by the customer obtaining new internet service. We have a service charge to dispatch a technician. The $120 service fee can be waived by adding our $5 per month maintenance package or renewing your contract with our company. It appears per notation in our system that you have denied all options that were provided to you.

      BP Alarm has to be the worst alarm *** around they lie to get you to do things you don't have and there service is very very poor i will never use them be ware
