    I re-ordered some 18x18 aluminum signs from Signs.com. This is my second order over the years, and the signs held up very well for 9 years in the brutal New Mexico sun. Ordering (and re-ordering) was very easy, and Signs kept my custom graphics on file from years ago. Will definitely use Signs.com again.

    I was impressed with the swiftness of shipping. I literally ordered the sign Thursday afternoon and it was at my doorstep Monday morning! The signs look amazing and the process was super simple. They even came in cheaper than the company I was originally going to go with, so super plus!! Would recommend!

    The design process was straightforward and easy.Font sizes and colors could be easily changed.I was very happy with the product which was worth the small price differential compared to other online products which did not have this level of quality.

    I really appreciated the ordering process and how the website allowed me to design the signs. A+ there. Two critiques: the graphics on our school logo were much more crisp on some signs and somewhat 8-bit looking on others even though the file uploaded was the same. And the thinner banner ones did not adhere; plus the yellow background with the black looked awful. Perhaps some guidance there. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and most of the finished product.

    The two signs I ordered were for 2 five year old girls who were graduating preschool together and they both love unicorns. The design team put together perfect yards signs for each with rainbow unicorns! Thank you for these unique important yard signs for 2 five year old unicorn loving preschool graduates.

    Placed an order yesterday (Monday Feb 3)It got flagged for Fraud, I received an email basically saying that it was flagged and to verify please respond to this email. I did and got another email from "***", in that email she had 7 questions that was required to answer in order to get my order through. Very personal questions like my device location, what county i lived in, and photograph of my driver's license. Seemed very suspicious to me so I denyed giving her that information. Few emails later I ask for a refund because the hoops I had to jump through to get my order processed was ridiculous. She then said that I would not get a refund until I supplied the information in the email prior. We argued over email for a good 2 hrs before I threatened to get the BBB involved and she magically agreed to refund me. I have to wait 7-14 days but I have a suspicion that I won't be getting it and will have to contact them again.
