    1. Rented skis Christy Sports *********************** 2 days skiing, 1/9-1/10., Picked up skis Sunday 1/8 at 1:30pm. Told salesman not skiing first day, Sunday, but skiing Monday and Tuesday. ******** said had to come back to pick up skis at 3:30pm because he did not believe we were not going skiing that first day. Upset about his insult, but due to length of time invested in proper fittings for rentals, agreed & returned at 3:30pm. At 3:30pm, Store Manager **** apologized and offered $50 discount for the other salesman rudeness. 2. Supposed to return skis at 8:30 am today, Wednesday 1/11, on way to airport. But all flights cancelled b/c FAA shutdown. So I called & spoke to **** as I told him we were still working to get flights ********** son back to. ******* for college, and all flights were a mess. **** told me Christys understands and no problem, I could return skis a bit later, to any Christy Sports.3. A bit later, drove to CS ********* and upon arrival, the manager ***************************** tried to charge us for 4 day rental, said we had taken skis at 12:00pm on Sunday and said we had skied today. I tried explain what had happened & he did not believe me. He was rude, even when an employee pointed out that the computer said we had a paid 2 day rental starting Monday. I told him what **** had told me Ok to drop off early ***************** told me no "****" works for Christy Sports & then asked my 22 year old son if I was telling the truth. So incredibly disrespectful to insinuate I was lying. 4. After we left, I was so upset I called ******* store, then told (1) **** works at CP ******** store not *********************** (so I must have called that store earlier today) and (2) to call *********************, regional manager at the *********** Christy Sports who would address everything. I called ************** 2xs today left messages and he did not call me back. 5. ************ is unethical. Rental is under ***********************, my husband.
