      Totally unethical company. Just learned my doctor **** treats the homeless for free and is one of the most genuinely good people I know) uses FirstDigital for his clinic. The speed is terrible and can't keep up with the clinic's needs. When he tried to switch to another company with faster speed AND a lower price, FirstDigital threatened him with THOUSANDS in cancellation fees. My doctor then tried to get FirstDigital to at least MATCH the other company's offer, and they REFUSED. They're totally unwilling to work with him on a solution. Highly recommend others stay away. I'll update this review if I hear more.

Its disheartening to learn that you feel otherwise, especially given the time, care, and dedication we invest in supporting each of our customers. To provide some clarification regarding your doctors healthcare clinic, we want to reaffirm that our agreements are designed to ensure clear terms for both parties. As documented on their contract, this agreement was for a three-year term, which was explicitly chosen to secure the best rate possible. Shorter-term, month-to-month options were available, yet the extended term was selected by the healthcare, along with a one-month free promotion, which allowed us to offer a discounted rate. When they recently communicated their desire to exit the agreement, we offered alternative solutions to improve their experience, including increased bandwidth at no additional cost and a potential rate reduction with a revised agreement. We make these offers in good faith and in the hope of achieving a mutually beneficial solution. Since then, we have offered to match and beat the competitors price and are working to make things right with the customer.       I cancelled my service and after the service ended Veracity billed me again because "their billing department hadn't processed the cancellation". They assured me the billing would be cancelled and I'd be issued a refund. Another month has now gone by... they billed me again and still haven't issued a refund.

      These guys used to be *****************. They have fine print buried deep in the language of their new contract, and you agree to accept any changes they make when you sign up, that sets a penalty for canceling your plan equal to the remainder of the the contract, which auto renews whether you want it to or not. My phones haven't worked for almost a year, we just use our personal phones now, and no one is willing to fix them in spite of numerous attempts to get them repaired. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! I want to cancel my plan, but it just auto renewed without my approval and the penalty for cancellation is almost $3K.
