      I had taken my 2017 ford fusion to get fixed here and come to find out what they fixed broke and I took it to another shop and they told me no parts where fixed on the vehicle. They had also stolen parts of the car

      Colby’s tire owned and operated by Victors tires on *** *. I came 09-01-22 to buy a set of 4 brand new tires ??. I was told they were new but on 03-13-23 my tire exploded on the freeway almost causing me to crash. Luckily I didn’t crash. I came to the shop and showed them everything that happened I was promised 4 new tires but they kept delaying it because I was told they didn’t have all 4 with same size and company. But on this day I came back again on the promise made by the store manager and I was told he don’t work here anymore so they can’t replace the tires ?? at all and upon looking they said that the tires are brand new. I had other specialists look at the tires who told me it’s not safe to operate on those tires so they are not brand new. They fraud me and refuse to replace my tires. Refuse to give me the current manager name or his number. Very aggressive and hostile towards me and customers. The name of the manager who did my service was also fired so he wasn’t present. I only want them to replace all four tires that are not new. I paid for brand new tires ??. I have the receipt and and the everything.

      So around April tenth I went looking for new tires. I went into victors tires the receptionist showed me some new wheels he got me in on a deal with wheels an tires for $1500 dollars. I thought that was a bit pricey but I agreed about a week later one of my tires bubbled up, so I went in expecting to have some sort of warranty being as I was buying the tires I asked him if they had warranty an protection he had told me yes the whole bit. So when I went in they wanted me to buy new tires, I asked about how I had just bought them an he told me they had protection he proceeds to tell me they have no warranty an I have to buy a new one, another week goes by an the other tire starts to go flat. I went back in an they made me pay for that fix as well. My problem is how these low quality tires are being sold as having a warranty an then being told they only are covered for manufacturing defect. How on earth am I gonna know if it’s a manufacturer defect if they can just claim pot holes are the reason for the issue. So I took my car in yesterday an had to go run some errands an they end up closing with my car inside without so much as a call as to tell me my car is ready, so now I have to miss work go in an pay them an pretend like im not super irritated. Please do something to end all the malpractice.
