    My car was towed at 1:30am on 2/21/23. Numerous attempts were made to contact dispatch. Dispatch returned my phone call after business hours and told me to come at 6:30pm on 2/21/23. I went to pick up my car and no one was there. I called dispatch and he said he never said that and hung up on me. He wants to charge me 400.00 for less than 24 hours. They are holding my car hostage just to charge more money. There is no address and no good way to contact them.

    We broke down in Farmington utah and called them for a tow told us it would be 30 mins after 40 we called and he said that it would be another 30 because the guy had to stop at his house. Showed up about a hour later. Tied down my car then when he left he went as fast as he could out of the parking lot going 30 plus. Got told it would be 620$ then when they dropped it off in logan utah they sent a picture of the car with no bumper and we text and asked where the bumper was then around 30 minutes later they sent a picture of the back seat where the lip of the car is but no bumper. So I called them telling them I wanted some money back because they bumped up the price to 720 when they got there. Then he started rude about it telling me that if the full amount won’t go trough that he is taking me to court. We had to drive back down to Farmington and found the bumper on the side of the freeway. He would not send me a receipt for insurance to pay for the tow and told me to not call him when I tried calling to ask for one. He is very unprofessional and his response to his reviews is unacceptable.
