    Nothing has functioned as expected since it was returned to me. First it was returned to me with a transmission that was leaking fluid all over my driveway due to a compromised seal. I was then told that your techs coincidentally decided to check out the torque converter which we also opted to repair since it was a already accessible thinking it would prevent any future issues that may arise. In addition to the leak there has been a significant rattling sound coming from the passenger side of the vehicle ever since your techs have worked on the vehicle which will come and go and some how out of all of the extra times we have had to bring the vehicle in none of your techs are able to replicate the described issue which I have on multiple video recordings. In addition to these issues, The vehicle has always had an escalating rough clunk when repeatedly shifting from drive to reverse such as when needed when multi point parking. After this issue has become increasingly evident I brought the vehicle back to have it looked at and again in October 24. On that date your techs were incapable of replicating the issue and returned the vehicle to us without any attempt to further address the issue. Roughly one month later, on a cold start the vehicle was in capable of shifting into reverse and was stuck in our driveway. After multiple attempts, I, as well as your tow truck driver was unable to get the vehicle into reverse and it was towed to the shop. Where it sat for 2 days with zero follow ups from John or Jacob until I received a call from Jacob stating that the vehicle was ready for pick up as they had found nothing wrong with it after multiple test drives and scanner tests.Now less then two weeks from the last time I dropped the car off I had the vehicle roughly shift and grind while downshifting as I was coming to a stop in drive.

    i took my car for transmission problem and the said is going to be fixed by replacing solenoid
    and i paid 1574.01 but when i went to pick the car and drive the problem was the same and when i return the car they said the transmission is heating it need to be replace and i told them i need my money back they refused to refund my money back
