      I received a chip drop from this company through the CHIPDROP website. I have requested chip drops from Chip Drop for years now and this was the first time that Prestige Tree and Landscape delivered to me. I was astounded to see what was delivered to my property. Half of the delivery was wood chips and then burried at the bottom were half of branches in full. I tried to work through the pile but ended up getting hardly any wood chips. This was the worst quality of wood chips I have ever experienced. i have one full garbage can of just branches and ran out of room so I tried call the business and spoke with a young man who said someone will come that night (3/1/24). I waited and no one showed. I submitted a request on their website and got a response that someone will come Saturday. No one showed and no notice they wouldnt either. I sent another message to them Monday and was told they that will come Monday and yet again, no one showed. I waited until today and sent another message and have been told that someone will come to pick them up. I am leaving a 1 star review as this was the businesses error in the first place with a very poor delivery of what are considered branches. I have had to reach out multiple times with no follow through from this business. I am not able to discard these branches due to how many there are. But this has been a nightmare working with this business.

      Gave company cash deposit of $1,035.00 using Venmo and personal check. Product and services were not delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Prestige Tree has not delivered or planted the trees they were to furnish us.  They have not been on our property since I gave them the deposit on March 22, 2023.  We have text messages from them saying they were coming to plant but they never showed up.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Today is June 9th at 10:30 am.  I am rejecting the response from Prestige Tree because I do not believe it is in good faith.  On May 25th at 1:03 pm they called my cell phone to advise me they had received my letter of cancellation and would reimburse me $1,035 in compliance with the letter.  I have not received any money from Prestige Tree as of today.  They subsequently communicated to the BBB that they would send certified funds by mail.  As of this date I have not received any funds.  Consequently, I do not believe my accepting their statement guarantees they will pay me.  I would appreciate continued assistance from the Better Business Bureau to help me recover what I am owed.
