      I enrolled at this school and put in 3 weeks of training. 5 days before the completion date the told us to make sure we registered on clearinghouse and when I did I found out I had a violation. In the middle of me completing my SAP to return to duty they dropped me from the course and refused to verify the hours of training I already had and I had been at the school for three weeks

      A wreck on 10.21.24 where a CR England truck driver made a careless choice to enter into a car wash resulted in my son’s truck being heavily damaged. No one from the company reached out to us, even after receiving the police report. After I reached out twice I was informed by the claims rep that they are self insured and would only be covering minimal things in relation to the case. I was told, not asked, to retrieve my vehicle that had been towed to a tow lot waiting for an adjuster and that I was responsible for the bill. I had to make arrangements to have it towed again to a repair body shop where a through inspection and estimate was written up by a certified and highly trusted individual who is one of the best in the business. We have been without a vehicle since 10.21.24, and after sending in all things and jumping through all hoops asked were presented with an offer for 1/4 of the asking price, and not even enough to cover repairs. This company is refusing to work with us but instead has extra funds to take our estimate to have it analyzed and then insults the person who did the estimate. I have called and asked to speak to the CEO Chad E****** multiple times and while he has no time to call me back, he has lots of time to update his LinkedIn profile! The way this company has handled this is ridiculous. We were asked to go to a junk yard and retrieve parts from a wrecked vehicle to repair our vehicle that was in perfect condition before! OEM parts are deemed safe and insured by our insurance company, who has also been involved in advocating for us. NC laws deem at fault parties responsible for ALL damages including punitive ones. The time we have had and the stress caused by this company has been one I wish on no one else. Companies like this should not be allowed to be self insured when they give the innocent party this much run around. I have been more than patient and have officially had enough! The company has all supporting documents!

      I was told that I can learn to drive an 18-wheeler and that i will have to get there My Self and I did do just that and found out it was a scam.

      I'm not liable for this debt with C.R.England. I do not have a contract with the collection agency Eagle financial services. They did not provide me with the original contract that's requested. I demand this account be removed from my credit report.

      I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Englehardt vs. Gravens (mo) 281 SW 715,719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists.

      We are filing the complaint against the factoring unit of this company. Our contract expired 6/11 and this company needs to provide us with Letter of Release (LOR). Without the LOR, we are forced to stop operations. Company is creating artificial roadblocks and is not communicating with us holding us hostage.
      Hundreds of trucking companies have the same complaint.
