    While savings are important, customer service is just as important. This company's customer service leaves much to be desired. The reps who answer the calls do not listen nor do they understand the English language. They regularly misunderstand the concerns you call with. For example, I called because my payment had not posted in my account. They wanted to talk to me about starting automatic billing. I already have automatic billing which I stated at the beginning of the call.They also stated that they did not have my apt # in their system. I gave it to them. The next rep told me that I would have an additional fee because I changed my address. I have been here for 10 years. I have received mail from them. ******* proceeded to engage in a back and forth about whether they had my apt number, even though I asked her to address my initial concern. Very Bad customer service and they never told me them adding my apt number would generate an additional fee.
