      I bought a vacuum in August 2022 from this company for over $1000 in the sales lady that I bought it from me that my vacuum was under warranty. Anything goes wrong with its under warranty she also told me that it would need a tuneup once a year and that was also included with the package. I bought . .so I took it in about three weeks ago did because it was acting weird and they try to charge me $280 and said that she Wasn’t trustworthy & did a lot of bad things and wasn’t a good employee for the company but I don’t think that I should have to pay the package that I was buying was a $1600 one but there was a promotion or something going on to where the lady was able to discount it. I guess I’m not sure , but it’s just fishy. She said she has multiple complaints from customers. I just don’t want this to happen to somebody else. It’s pretty much false advertisement.
