    10 to 15 year Customer only because they were the only filter company available until VidAngel came along. No matter how you cut it. If its the **** the Blu-ray or the streaming service the way they do their filtering is not adequate. They cut out way too much or not enough depending on the content or the title. I have expressed my concerns since day one but apparently they dont take criticism very well lets just say they have gotten so bad the point where if there is a title, they deem not filterable doesnt matter how graphic it is they will not do it. Sons of ******* and Breaking Bad both shows they refuse to filter. There are some movie titles they have removed for no reason. I have made comments on ******** and emailed them about my concerns and comparing them to ********. Instead of trying to better their business they instead decided to ban my access to their ******** page. And was just informed my emails pretty much go unanswered. I really doubt Im there only customer who feals like this or has been treated as such. If they would better them selves up date the system make the filters more user friendly. Fine tune their filters and not pick and chose what titles they feal like they could easily take dow. VidAngel.

    This is a scam website. I used the trial and tried to cancel. There is no way to cancel membership. If I log into my account. It says there isn't a subscription active yet it continues to charge for the past few months. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid at all cost.

    I understand ************** frustration. However, ClearPlay has advised him several times that we can not find a current account for him. We have looked for an active account using, full name, his last name on account, the last four of the credit card he has given us, and finely the email he provided. With no results. We are not a scam company and have been in business over 20 years.Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in finding his account with all the information he provided.ClearPlay looks forward to the ******************* dispute. If we are able to find the correct account to close and refund his account, we will do so. At that point, I will come back to this site and update the results of his disputed account. I will ensure the account is closed and the charges fully refunded.

    Total Scam.I installed this app thinking it would help our family enjoy movies together. We used it a few times and it worked ok. However, it didn't always have the movies we wanted.The real problem is that 3 months later I realize that I have been getting billed for twice the amount that is advertised on their website ($7.99 per month). On top of that, there is no way for me to login to cancel my membership.

    I'm sorry that sorry that **** is upset with ClearPlay service. In reviewing his account I saw that he was in fact double billed. We received an E-mail from **** asking that his account be closed and that we refund three charges for $7.99 each for a total of $23.97. ClearPlay closed his accounts 09/01/2022 and issued SIX refunds totaling $47.94. He was sent an email on 09/01/2022 stating that we not only refunded three charges, but issued six refunds for a total of $47.94. As you can see all of his issued were resolved on 09/01/2022. I hope that in the future we will be able to meet ****** filtering needs.*************************** *************** Services
