      I purchased a PermaPlate warranty plan in October 2020, which was supposed to cover leather and appearance protection. I filed a claim for a loose inseam on my drivers seat, but received poor customer service and no follow-up unless I initiated contact. My understanding is that leather seats are covered, and I believe my claim should be honored. If ************* vehicles are known for these issues, PermaPlate should not offer coverage if they intend to deny such claims. I request that my seat be repaired under the warranty or that I receive a refund for the warranty plan.

      Had the windshield replaced on my wife's ****** Crosstrek recently and I am EXTREMELY unhappy! I was told by the ****** dealership where the vehicle was purchased that this insurance was a necessary add on and that OEM parts would be used if the windshield ever needed replacement and this was the first LIE. I submitted a claim via PermaPlate and they never informed me that there was an option on what type of windshield would be installed. I mean isn't it obvious that a 3rd party non official windshield is NOT what anyone would want? Long story short a subpar windshield was installed and it is nowhere near the quality of the OEM ****** windshield. The windshield installed is absolute garbage and it was not sealed properly to top it off! Don't ever use this company and beware of their dishonest practices!

      I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with your company's handling of policy disclosures, particularly regarding the non-cancellation policy.Two years ago, I signed up for your service with the understanding that it would meet my needs. However, when I recently attempted to cancel the service, I was shocked to learn that your company has a non-cancellation policy. This crucial information was never disclosed to me at the time of signing up. Had I been aware of this policy, I would have reconsidered my decision to engage with your service.I find it unacceptable that I was only informed about this policy after two years when I proactively called to cancel. Transparency is a key aspect of customer service, and withholding such important information feels deceptive and misleading.I request that you review this matter and provide a fair resolution. I also urge you to reconsider how such policies are communicated to your customers to prevent future misunderstandings.I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution

      Excellent customer service. Scheduled repair was within days of me contacting them. Technician was on time, professional & was efficient. He explained what the process was & what I should expect. It was a pleasure to work with this business & the technician was outstanding!

      I contacted Safelite Auto Glass when my windshield was broken. I did not stop to think that I should have called my insurance Company (Perma Plate) first. Perma Plate contacted me and walked me through filing a claim, and then handled payment to Safelite, so process was seamless. I was extremely happy with Perma Plates Friendliness and professionalism.
