      We built our house in 2020. We had a few issues with some of our AMSCO windows and reached out to our building rep at BMC. We were told no one could come out because they all had COVID, but would follow-up. A year and a half later, an AMSCO **** **************************** finally came out and said he would replace the basement patio door (even tho all patio doors don't work properly) and the bathroom window. Three months later, my husband reached out to the AMSCO rep again to find out the status of those replacements and ******* said they were making them and wanted to make sure they were built properly. Fast forward another three months, and my husband called the AMSCO rep to find out the status and left a voicemail. The AMSCO rep has not responded. A month later, I called the AMSCO rep and left a message on his voicemail and he hasn't responded. It has been over two years since we moved in and those windows have not been replaced and the AMSCO rep has not followed up. We are unable to finish our basement until that patio door is replaced. We would really like to get this resolved. We would like at least a courtesy call or something to let us know when those windows will be replaced. We have been more than patient.
